Protex Group supports companies and organisations in managing risks relating to the Environment, Health and Safety at work, with particular expertise in the nuclear, radioactivity and asbestos sectors.
Through Protex Italia, we operate in Italy and abroad in the management of radioactive waste, including storage, treatment and transport, as well as in decommissioning, radiological emergencies and environmental remediation, including complex projects.
The Group also provides QHSE consultancy, occupational health and training services, supported by advanced laboratories. From risk assessment and regulatory compliance to health protection, we support our clients with a multidisciplinary and qualified approach.
Since 1978, Protex Italia has been responsible for the collection and Safe Management of Radioactive Waste in Italy. We manage every stage of the process, from collection to storage at our three facilities in Forlì, ensuring constant monitoring until the materials are finally disposed of.
