Protex Italia at the ANPEQ Training Course at the Caorso Power Plant.
On September 16 and 17, 2025, Protex Italia will participate in the course organized by ANPEQ and Sogin, in collaboration with universities and national institutions, dedicated to the role of the Radiation Protection Expert (EdR) in view of a return to nuclear power in Italy.
In a symbolic setting such as the Caorso Nuclear Power Plant—currently undergoing decommissioning—experts, institutions, and operators discuss crucial issues:
- Reactor technologies and safety.
- Radiological risk assessment and management.
- Emergency plans and risk communication.
A path that confirms the importance of training qualified professionals capable of supporting the energy transition towards a safer and more sustainable future.
