New safety obligations at construction sites

The Workplace Safety and Environment Division is available to help companies deal with new worksite safety obligations.

1) Implementing Decree Credit License: As of Oct. 1, 2024, contractors and self-employed workers must have a credit license to operate on temporary or mobile construction sites.

2) INL Circular dated 09/23/2024: Introduces a transitional regime until October 31, with the possibility of self-certification via PEC.

3) From November 1, 2024: It will be mandatory to apply for a driver's license through the portal of the National Labor Inspectorate.
